The Richard Dawkins Prayer Cycle

 

The RDPC convenes every Tuesday evening at 7 pm for approximately 5 minutes. 
Please note this communion has a temporal component only, we do not meet in place or person.  
This is solely for convenience sake, personal meetings would otherwise be considered preferential.

The RDPC seeks to bring about Richard Dawkins’ conversion to Christianity through the medium of prayer. 
It considers this action to be legitimised by its foundation in Scripture (Matt 18:19-20, Luke 15, Romans 12:14).

The RDPC is extremely fond of Richard Dawkins and recognises the good work he has inadvertently done for Christianity, including bringing some of our members to faith. 
We would dearly love him to experience the riches of Christ’s love.  We also recognise the huge apologetic potential his conversion would have.  Furthermore, we think it would be hilarious.

This is not a joke.  The RDPC is entirely sincere in its aims and motivations although our innate hilarity precludes seriousness. 
We regard humour as a useful weapon in the armoury of God since “the devil…the prowde spirite…cannot endure to be mocked” (Thomas Moore).
May the Lord protect us from internal corruption through pride also.  Amen.
